I am not a huge fan of carbs.....I "collect" a few here and there by things I eat but I really don't like bread and pasta. I do want to ask you something about the diabetes classes...... is your blood sugar "normal" now?

PS I love my coffee and have cut back a lot on this journey from over a pot a day to about 4-5 cups(I have a big coffee cup). I am not fond of artificial sweetners but I do like stevia. Wow when I went and changed my fiber tab to sugar I realize I am constantly over on sugar daily. My coffee creamer habit is a huge part of this. I AM SO CLUELESS to this diabetes stuff I tell ya.
