  • I agree that you defenitly need to up your calories. If you use the HRM that will help alot. I always used a recovery drink to help with the soreness and add some extra calories. One of my friends did it and she had a hard time eating all the calories she needed but she lost 55 lbs at the end and was eating 1600-1800 a day.

  • Here is a great recipe for an Italian Wedding soup that has meatballs in it. The recipe calls for ground chicken but I am sure you could use hamburger. You could adjust the sodium in the recipe.   • I have done P09x and am doing Insanity right now. P90X - is a strength training program. You workout 6 days a week and the dvds range from 20 minutes - 1 1/2 hour. (just the Yoga is 1 1/2 hour) The only equipment you need is resistence bands since they modify all the exercises but you can use weights and a pull up bar…
  • I hope it gets better soon! You could certainly do biking and upper body strength training. Some lower body strength as long as you are not standing would work too... Mix it up a little but don't stop the cardio.
