YOGA!!! :) there are some simple moves that really will help. if you are unsure what to do you can find lots of books or websites that will help - shape & women's health magazine are good. or you can use the wii fit - great yoga program good luck :)

i love my kettlebell. i bought one that came with a video from walmart. i also printed off a workout from womenshealthmag.com i do mine everyday. but, i do a small weight & only a 10 minute workout. i log it under cardio bc it burns so many cals - much more than just basic weights. have fun!!!!

drink water, try flavored water or chew gum.... if that doesn't work look for health snacks like fruit. or use that time & get busy - work out, clean. good luck!!
