Need new gym shoes!!!
So I need some new shoes for the gym... any suggestions? I usually just do cardio machines... elliptical, stairmaster, some treadmill, bike etc. and weights at home Don't wanna spend a ton but need a good pair! Thanks!!! :)

Breakfast ideas needed
I am looking for an easy, portable breakfast for me to eat while I'm at work. Currently I am eating trail mix but that is 240 calories.... I would like something that is fewer cals than that. When I am home breakfast is no problem, I can eat or make a smoothie, my problem is only when I work. Thanks!!!
