wow - workout hell is a good name for that!!!

i have "calorie counter" that i use in addition to mfp. sometimes if i'm going out to eat and don't know what i want the calorie counter is faster & easier to look at different items & see the calorie amount. is your daily ab workout any good? i haven't tried one of those yet.

hmmmm greek yogurt, spinach, chicken breast, chicken sausage, summer squash, grapes, bananas, rice (whole grain brown rice to make in my rice cooker) lean cusine bags for my work lunches

i do this whenever i go out to eat!!! or i'll find out where we are going before we leave & pick out what to order so i won't be tempted by the menu!!! :)

i've got "calorie counter" on mine.... seems pretty accurate & easy, you can search by the name of the restaurant then narrow down the menu from there. i like it

i was always over on sugar - because of fruit.... i won't cut back on fruit so i just stopped looking at my sugar intake. i know i'm not eating a lot of bad sugar so i don't track it anymore

i have lost 60 pounds and sadly my boobs have gotten much smaller :( giving serious thought to giving them some help!!! :)

interesting site - had a couple pics for me.... but what i found really interesting is the body types - banana? never heard of that but i THINK thats what fits me best. but very cool site
