I too feel that this time around is different. I am viewing it as a lifestyle change and have come to look forward to my workouts and have actually explored new lower fat/calorie options for my favorite meals. It definately feels different.

I waited about a month. I try to plan ahead and if I am going to cheat I exercise more the days before and after. I really struggle with knowing what a serving is but I am learning and now I actually get full from a serving. I still crave more but realize that a serving does eliminate my hunger.

I love dark chocolate so I keep a stash of hersheys bliss dark chocolate pieces and will eat 1-3 pieces and that satisfies my desire without sabataging my diet.

I started at 260 and now I'm 246. I am not as brave as those who have posted pics. Maybe I will get there but not yet. Best of luck to you!

I started January 7th and so far I have lost 14lbs. This app has helped me get a real sense of what a proper serving should be and how many calories I'm ingesting. I've started exercising about an hour a day 5 times a week and I feel great. I wish you lots of luck!!!
