Yeah that's what I've been using, wasn't sure if it was close to it or not? Thank you:) I just didn't want to give myself credit for too many calories lol so I can remind myself not to over indulge.

I started the Abs diet about a week ago and can't believe the difference in my mid-section. Am exercising each day (not the workout in the book yet) and am so pleased with the amount of energy and how full I am throughout the day. I'm pretty close to 5'5" and realistically I'm shooting for 130-140 range. I have never been smaller than that even at my most healthy, but everyone is different!
