Chili's Mango Chili Tilapia (ask for double broccoli no butter instead of the rice). Another wonderful meal out is fresh oysters (no need for saltines!) and some boiled peal your own shrimp with a big fresh salad.

This might be worth more of my time/research.

I don't think anyone is still active in this group.....My post has been up for a week with no reply.

The acid in the lemon might not be good for tooth enamel but I am just guessing [/quote] ^^^That would be my only concern. I drink mine through a straw.

An apple a day keeps the fat away! Well as long as it is a Granny Smith. Great point btw

Would you consider opening your food diary to friends? I love to find new ways of making the calories I eat varied!

This is what I made this morning: 1 Thomas' Hearty English Muffin 3Tbs Southwestern Egg Beaters 1 thin slice 2% sharp cheddar cheese 1 MorningStar spicy 'sausage' patty Perfectly delish! My 12yrold guest even liked it (I didn't tell here there was no real meat in it tho)

I'm putting mini wine bottles on my shopping list now! I can't believe I didn't think of this. Thank you so much! Oh and I also pre-plan by putting my alcohol calories in my diary ahead of time if I know I'm going out with friends.

Wish I knew how to upload pictures.

I've been on it for a few years and no longer get those wonderful side effects.

I only just discovered laughing cow light cheese wedges and I'm so glad they are in my life now!

Bump...there are days of reading here! TY for giving us your time.

Feel free to take a look at my diary.

Making these with southwestern egg beaters, jalapano jack cheese, chunky salsa (or pico de gallo), and MorningStar Farms breakfast sausage diced up (or ham if I happen to have some on hand). Thank you!

No. I knew when I was in my mid twenties that I didn't want kids and twenty years later I still don't. I think the selfish people are the ones who have more than 2 kids, stretch their resources and the earth's resources as well. For all of you who disagree, glad you have your opinion and I'll keep mine!

http://www.365daysofcrockpot.com/2012/11/recipe-for-slow-cooker-crockpot-black.html I made this the other night and tossed in some frozen chicken breasts. Perfect over rice, in a taco, in a salad, etc.....

Hardboiled eggs are on my menu for last week!

You are my hero!

Thanks for posting this. I will be making a few changes to bring the sodium and fat down, but the plan is wonderful!

My advice is a mixture of the above.....A black cup of brewed coffee and a yogurt followed by a walk. I went two days after my first week and followed this advice and was greatly relieved.
