Paulie Walnuts are doing good. We have participation even if it is only to check in and say they could not do a challenge. They have been informed that they can do an alternate so I am will to wait and see....We also have a couple of sickies but they are keeping me up to date so we are good

After the first push up challenge almost killed my arms, it has become a fav for my upper body workout. I got this in the bag

Did my bonus challenge on the eliptical for 25 minutes. Good speed and low incline to get the distance

Done. I split them into sets of 25 and a push for the last 30 in between doing my weights. I thought my legs would give out, very shaky but good. So far no pain. Remember ladies, stretch....LOL

Just a thought: What do you think about group members helping out those who cannot do a challenge. If someone is unable to complete a task they can ask their team members to help them out? Just a thought
