Wednesday- challenge done ut no bonus today

Wednesday challenge is posted. Even though I have not hit the gym yet this is an ongoing thing. I work out with a friend at the gym and every night the hubby and I do our FAT walk...LOL

Replying to the post because it was lost in the posts. This I have done for sure. I have a workout partner at lunch and we go to the gym. After work my husband and I do, what we affectionately call, our FAT WALK.

Holy crap I just realized that tomorrow it is 100....OMG nuts. So far not so bad. I am noticing the fronts of my legs are changing....I am definitely going to stick with this even if it means being with my daughter while she is in labour doing my squats...LMAO

April 19th complete. I had the 5 servings before dinner. Love my veggies and the bonus, I did the eliptical for 35 minutes which is about 3 miles. I am also doing my FAT walk tonight...LOL, before the rain tomorrow

I did my regular workout just no squats. So far a bit tight but not too bad. Boston was terrible and I feel for everyone. I just dont understand this world we live in. Dont let them win. Keep positive and move forward.

Challenge for Monday is complete. I need to go back and see how much the bonus was. I might complete it too. But for now 100 kicks complete. Oh and I did weigh in and I am down 1 lbs. I am happy with that. I know the closer I get to my goal the harder I am going to have to work

Sunday's challenge completed. Posted my motivation on the discussion and did my crunches. Ready to kick it tomorrow. Still not sure about the weigh in. LOL...As long as it does not go up, Im not complaining.

I joined the challenge for several reasons. One reason is the accountability. Knowing that others rely on you to support the team makes you do it even when you feel you cant. Second reason is I needed a shake up from the gym. The third is because the people on here are awesome and it is always wonderful to meet like minded…

Ok so I asked for an alternative for Saturday and completed. Push ups instead of curls. I did the 50 plus added 50 for the bonus

Don, I would like to substitute 50 curls with push ups. I dont have enough weight here at home that would challenge me but using my own body weight does. Please let me know. Thank you
