Me too! :) when i last signed in i was about 160 lbs! got a kidney infection and lost 28lbs and now trying to lose a bit more! i want to be 128 lbs by the end :)

i think it's probably what i'm eating doesn't have many calories in. i'll try what you said about eating things high in calories! thanks :)

well unless the calories on the tracker thing are wrong i really do eat under 1200!

but i'm not hungry enough to eat more than 1200 :( yeah i go running every day! no weight lifting though only those daft 1.5 girly ones

pretty sure i'm not eating less calories than i need though! 1200 seems like a lot and i'm way under all the time

i'm only short so pretty sure i won't need loads of sugar anyway! i have a mega sweet tooth so cut out all sweets etc. and i'm still going over the sugar intake! i don't want to remove it completely because i know it turns to fat :(
