I am too OCD to stop logging so I don't see myself deactivating unless I had a major life change and no longer had time to get on here.

I, also, have never owned a little black dress. Hmm... I do have a wedding coming up in August that I'm attending!

5'7 1/2" and 125. Prior to having kids (3 little ones at home), I was always around 137. What a difference a healthy, active lifestyle makes! This is 7 months of progress, the biggest difference being when I added strength training. ETA: in these pics, I was the same starting and ending weight (125); it's just that I toned…

Ah, and since I'm maintaining, I don't update in MFP hardly ever these days. I know that it can fluctuate by a pound or two and it always does come back to do my maintenance level of 125-126. Initially, I was updating it a couple times a week.

In the morning after I pee, before I go to the Y, sometimes after I get home from the Y, and before bed. I know, terrible!! Oh well. :)

I started with pushups and REALLY saw a difference. At first it's hard, and then it becomes easier to do them. I have since added a lot of strength training and have seen more results. I never would have guessed that I would have seen the results I have (I have 3 kids: 5.5, 3, and 23 mos).

Female 5'7 1/2" CW: 125 GW: maintain 125 Workout: alternating cardio (intense, 33 mins elliptical) and strength training (15 min cardio; 35 minutes strength training) -- 6 days a week I net 2104 calories. This is according to the TDEE calculator.

I already treated myself to my first VS bikini. Also, when I first started at the Y, my ab muscles were not firmed up and now they are, so I just bought a "spanexy" neon green workout top. It's form fitting and ACTUALLY is flattering on me. I wouldn't have been able to pull it off a year ago!

He likes biking outdoors; I prefer to workout at the Y. So in a way, yes, but he doesn't understand why I workout indoors. I don't really care.

Mine's not on either list, but anyway, I work in Human Resources and my job is not stressful at all. I'd say 2 on a scale of 1-10.

tank top and shorts in the summer. Full on fleece in the winter (hey, it's cold here).

I just wear mine anyway. I haven't had any gain or loss and am maintaining. I figure I must be doing something right. The amount it gives me for a burn on the days I do strength training (which, I do start off with a 15 minute warmup on the elliptical and that is 150 cals) isn't an insane amount anyway. I would be…

I eat back most of my exercise calories most days since I am maintaining/toning, but I really don't stress the macros too bad. It's probably not the right way to do it, but I am doing well and have been doing well on my current regimen, so yeah... works for me!!

I also nurse past a year. My oldest went 25 months, my daughter turned 3 this past February and is still nursing, along with the youngest, my son, who is 22 months. Before becoming a mom, I figured I'd stop at a year. A year became 15 months, became 18 months, became 2 years . . . it's all very normal and I don't think…

To anyone who would think a woman should go in a bathroom, imagine yourself holding a baby. You head into the bathroom. Where the heck do you sit to feed the baby? Do you sit on the toilet and feed there (public restrooms often don't even have a lid to cover the toilet, ew -- if so, pants on or pants off -- just ew).…

It's definitely a work in progress. I was doing cardio every day (but only for just over a half hour, so not too extreme) and strength training 3 days a week, and I'm on week 4 of a new routine where I only do a 15 minute cardio warmup on the days I do strength training. I am working more muscle groups than I was before.…

LOL. A girl unfriended me because I told her that 1050 calories was too low, and that's why she was hungry. She was so worried about her "2000 calorie disaster day" and I told her that's what I eat every day, and I gave her a link to a TDEE calculator. LOL,1050 calories. "Why am I so hungry?"

I don't sweat, I glow. No, I shimmer... hehe

Hellooooo! Another chocolate lover here.

Six of them I rotate, a few I don't use, and one top I just got yesterday that has a sports bra built in (clearance at TJ Maxx). Woohoo!

Probably about a month?

Men of the forum? Heh, I myself use the pretty ladies of MFP as inspiration!!

I think if it's already been "made", as in, "hi I'm going to put this frozen boxed lasagna in the oven" -- it's processed. We buy a lot of organic beef and chicken in our house, make steamed frozen vegetables, buy no canned goods, grow our own fruit and buy what we don't grow... for the MOST part, we avoid processed foods,…

I mostly follow the IIFYM... reason being? If I eat all healthy and focus on lean meat and all veggies, I end up on basically a lo-cal diet (~1200 cals). It is very hard to get your calories up there on only healthy foods..... therefore, I eat MOSTLY healthy things, but I am not afraid to add in some other things purely…

Aw, he sounds really sweet. And you are awesome, Woman!!

My TDEE is 2113 and I do well at that. I found that if I kept my calories up and didn't eat at a deficit, I kept my weight lower. That is based on a pretty active level though. I am 5'7" and 125 lbs.

I think you look great too! Better than me! Keep up the good work. :)

I am in the same boat. Three kids and working to get more definition. My body fat is around 18.5% now, and I am upping my strength training. Doing pushups really helped me, and now I am working all the muscle groups and hoping it will help me out.

I don't know the song, but I am a shiny, happy person! :)
