Same problem the last two days. I tried disconnecting myfitnesspal and my fitbit as suggested and it worked yesterday but today still unreliable.

I am going to try eating a yogurt before hitting the treadmill. I've been working out like a crazy person, tracking my calories and using visalus shakes and the scale isn't moving much. Hope I'm getting really fit and at least start losing inches.

I find a package of instant oatmeal and 2 scoops of visalus shake power mixed in keep me going pretty well.
