Ditching the Fitbit
Going to try to track my calories, do more chores and get at least a 30 minute walk each day plus a 10 minute weight workout. I feel like the Fitbit is demotivating me. Have 100 lbs to lose. Anyone feel same?

Fitbit Charge + Myfitnesspal Question
I am so confused. I'm using the fitbit app with myfitnesspal. Question when I enter my exercise onto myfitnesspal at days end, which number do I use from my fitbit app to record appropriate activity? Like yesterday it says I was active for 402 minutes, walked 6.03 miles and burned 3986 calories. Help appreciated
