I did Burn Circut 2, week 2 tonight. I upped all my weights from last week and really pushed myself.

Week 1 Burn Circuit 2. So far I am really liking this program. I love how you go slow through the moves and I'm not feeling rushed and compromising my form to keep up with the video.

That's exactly how I feel. I used heavier weights than I probably would have because I knew I wanted to challenge myself, but I think next time I'll go a little heavier. I started this morning too and loved it, but I felt also like maybe I didn't push myself hard enough. I also just finished 30DS on Saturday, although I didn't do the 30 days consecutively, I did it 3 - 4 times a week. I'm going to do week 4 day 1 of C25K tonight to get my cardio in. I guess I'll guage how my muscles feel…

I'm getting up at 6 a.m. tomorrow and starting! I watched Burn Basics and a few minutes of the first workout today and I'm excited to get going!

I'm starting CLX tomorrow (eeks!). I'm currently doing C25K, which is 3 days a week, and I plan to spin twice a week also. I'll be doing one workout in the morning and one at night. That's the plan anyway ;)

I just finished 30 DS today and I've been doing C25K for the past three weeks. I do 30DS first, then skip the cooldown and start C25k. I feel I have better energy for 30DS if I do it first than I would if I did C25K first. Good luck, they're both great programs!

Thanks for sharing your progress pics. I just finished 30 DS today and I am planning to start Chalean Extreme tomorrow. I'm kinda nervous, but I've heard so many people say positive things about the program so I'm hoping for some good results.

Yes, you CAN do it!! It takes hard work and dedication, but that's the way to make lasting changes and you'll feel much more accomplished that way than a quick fix. Congrats on your progress so far and keep up the great work!

Congrats on the progress over all the areas of your life! I have suffered from depression and anxiety at times too and working out, especially running, really seems to help me keep them under control.

I did Level 3 Day 8 today. I have been doing it 3 - 4 times a week, not every day, and it's taken me 2 months to complete 10 days at each level. You're looking great! I'm on week 3 of C25k. I used to run a lot, but am trying to get back into it after baby #3 and then back surgery at the end of last year. I hope I get the same great results you've gotten!
