I'm glad to hear you've kept your strength. I was on week two of the lean phase and have a rotator cuff injury and can't lift for at least a couple weeks :( I'm going to continue doing cardio and lower body weights, but I'm worried about losing the strength I've built in my upper body. I did Lean 2 for the first time last night. I went lighter than I did in Lean 1 because my arms were still sore and I'm pretty uncoorindated so I don't have the best form when I'm doing upper and lower body moves at the same time. Hopefully as the weeks go on and I know the moves a little better my form will improve too.

Did week one of Lean 1 tonight and OMG my arms are sore already! Did anyone have to lower their bicep curl weight from what they were doing in Push? I was up to 17.5 during Push and I went down to 15 and it was still killer.

Congrats on transforming your life and your body. You are lucky to have such an amazing support system, but you had to do the work and make the choices to become healthier, both physically and emotionally, and it sounds like you've done an excellent job! I'm also on the second week of the push phase. I only do the lifting days and do C25K and spinning classes for cardio. I am losing weight, but very slowly :( My clothes, however, are looser so I'm trying to focus on that rather than what the scale says.

Start of Challenge: 158.2 Current: 153.5 Memorial Day Goal: 150 It's coming off slowly, but at least it's coming off! I think I'm losing more inches than pounds, but as long as my clothes are getting looser, I'm happy!

Congrats! I'm starting week 7 tonight and starting to plan what I'm going to do after I complete this program. My goal is to run a five mile race on July 4th.

Wow, you look great! I started at the same weight as you and am currently one pound more than you, but I don't see as big of a change in myself as I see in you. Keep up the great work! I'm also aiming to lose 15 - 20 more pounds.

Wow, you look great! You're a huge inspiration to me because I started at about the same weight you were. I'm down to 155 and am on the 4th week of the Burn phase of Chalean Extreme, and I love it so far!! My plan after I finish the 90 days is to do NROWLFW. I hope in the end I look as great as you do!
