Hi Ayirela Nice to hear from you :smile: No I didnt until an advert jsut popped up on a page I was looking at. I weigh all my food also, thinking about it not sure what the advantage would be as MFP converts the calories for you......

Ahh right, ok so I am thinking about it wrong, I thought that MFP gave me 1200 calories to eat which will let me loose 1lb per week, so if I am burning 1600 with fitbit I should have 400 inhand, I though calories eaten and calories burnt were the same thing? EG, if you eat a slice of bread which is 100 calories you need to…

Thanks for your comments Yes I will stick to one as each one contradicts the other, as in all diet plans, I just thought that as SW is suppose to be healthly eating rather than a diet I would try and use their eating plans but count the calories at the same time. Obviously this isnt working, so I am going to concentrate on…
