  • I get up at 4 am everyday to workout, unless i work more than 18 hour days. I can't workout at night because I'm too tired from work and need to spend time with the kids.

  • I love Fitness Blender! I am doing the 5 day challenge the second time. I use their videos every day. They really do a great job. There is such a variety of videos, I'm never bored.

  • Yep you just walk to bring your heart rate down. You do not want to stop suddenly without a cooldown which could cause injury. Good luck with C25K. I am on week 4 day 2.

  • I just finished her body revolution. I didnt lose weight, since i am in maintenace mode, but definitely more toned and stronger. She pushes you to do things you could never do, which I like. I have not done others so I can't comment on them.

  • I use mostly 8 and 10 pound weights. There are certain cardio routines I use 5 lb weights. The exercise band I increased through each phase.

  • I think it went well these first 2 days. I definitely can feel it today. was watching the Cardio portion. All I can saw, oh boy.
  • I just do it. I wake up around 415 and working out by 430. If I don't get up and do it, I won't get it done (the joys of parenthood). I only drink water before hand, start my coffee, then work out. I have my clothes ready so I can "jump" into them. I don't have a gym membership, so I have my dvd ready to go.

  • I can't get ask the way down without falling. I can get through most of the circuit without song but still have issues at times. At least you are doing them and trying to get better. I have no problem to go to my knees either.

  • Today was rest day, but no rest for the wicked. :) The sun was shinning but windy. My kiddos were at daycare this morning so I went to a run/walk before work. It was wonderful but I think I pulled my hamstring. Oh well, it was wonderful to get outside. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend and Easter holiday.

Just knowing the numbers didn't go up means you are doing something right. ;) Love those days were you can go out and just walk. Those are my favorite because it gets me out of the house and time with the kids.
