From the HR geek in the crowd. Document, document, document. (don't take it overboard, but you get the picture). Take to your boss, if they can't act, won't act or retaliate, go to HR. When our girls were younger, I would take them to a local park with playground equipment for them and a walking path for me. Worked! They go older, I stopped walking, weight went up. Now walking our dog to get back in shape. If the kiddos legs give out, have them ride bikes, trikes, skate.. you get the idea. Congrats again…

Try having a small protien and carb snack in your locker. Everytime I am in the water, my bones feel like mush when I get out. Have a snack handy so you blood sugar does not crash.

yes. A small pedometer will help you track time, steps and distance. Lots of options out there. Look for a 2 or 3 axis model you can pin your pocket.
