Metabolic Testing
How does this work? Is it accurate? Questioning the calibration of the machine and the certification of the operator also. One of our local grocery stores is offering this through their dietitians. The cost is a little more than I would pay out of pocket. ( I have not checked with my doc on this either).

:smile: get out and walk, burn more calories going into the wind. Or the old standby, shovel snow. Maybe crosscountry skis or snowshoes if you have them.
