Thanks for sharing your story. You are doing an amazing job - congrats! I will be in maintenance mode soon and I'm terrified.

YAY! That's awesome - keep up the great work!

I totally agree with this post. I try eating at least 1200 calories per day (my goal is 1220) and I almost always go over or very close. Your goal is between 1800-2000 so I would try to aim towards eating more. Good luck with your weigh in!

I weigh in and update my ticker once per week. My weigh in day is Wednesday, however I do jump on the scale throughout the week just to check where I am. I am 3lbs away from maintenance and at that point I will probably weigh in every 2 weeks.

Once I get to maintenance I only plan on going to the gym MWF. I currently go at least 5x per week. I think as long as you keep within your maintenance calorie goal you should be fine. Good luck!

Definitely go for it and have fun! :)

I am 5'4" and 3lb away from my goal of losing 25lbs. Add me if you want :)

45lbs so far is a GREAT accomplishment!!! Thank you for sharing your pics - you look awesome!

Great job on the loss so far! I find my friends keep me motivated by posting on my wall vs. just hanging around in forums. Some of my friends also post their diary (of foods for the day) and I've gotten some ideas on different things to eat.
-
I would count that as a 1lb loss :)
-
Definitely watch your portions and take it 1 day at a time. Don't let 1 "bad day" ruin it.
-
Wow what an amazing transformation! Thank you for sharing your success with us :)
-
You have to update it yourself.
-
Good luck! Your goal is definitely attainable in that timeframe :)

The most I've lost is 3.6lbs in 1 week - it was recently too.
-
Wow you look absolutely amazing!!!

You look amazing! Great job!!!

I usually don't eat them back, but if I do I may eat back half of my burned calories. I work out at night so by the time I figure how much I burn it's too late to really "eat them back". I would try what the previous posts have suggested - try all scenarios and see which works best for you. Good luck!
