Mine used to be Mondays, but I feel like I'm my best mid-week. I'm thinking about changing my weigh-in day to Wednesday. What day do you weigh-in, is it once a week?
I started my weight loss journey on August 8th and down 13lbs as of this morning. My initial goal was 15lbs...but would like to get down another 10lbs after that. This site has been great in helping me reach my goals. Thank you!
