  • I'm almost done with level 2 and have seen a MASSIVE difference in my arms, but nowhere else yet. But hopefully I will see progress when I take 'after' pics ad measurements after level 3.

  • I'd lay off the carbs if you're trying to lose lots of weight in a short period of time, but if its gradual weight loss, why the heck not. I personally prefer whole wheat pasta, nicer taste :)

  • I think its mainly due to women lying to themselves or being ignorant to the amount of calories they consume. Some people don't realise that eating too much healthy stuff will still make you gain weight.
