I usually buy my jeans from GAP. I've bought jeans from there for years ranging in sizes 2 to 8 and they all fit well. I'm currently 5'3" and weight 127 lbs.

I'm 5'3" and most weight charts (including the BMI calculator on here) says 104-141. Also, keep in mind that everybody is different.

I've worn a bikini at all sizes (up to a size 8 and 145 lbs) although I'm not sure I was really confident. I'm currently a size 2 and because I'm focusing on muscle-building, I'm finally really comfortable in a bikini.

I'm 5'3". My start weight was 145, and I'm now at 120. My goal is 115. I have a small frame so I don't think 110 would be unreasonable either, but because I'm so close to my goal, I want to decrease my cardio and increase strength training so I expect I'll gain some of the weight back (in the form of muscle).

I've done it twice and I love it! I was really sore for the first few days though.

I've done 30 Day Shred twice through and Ripped in 30 once. I've also just started Killer Buns & Thighs (the most difficult for me) and 6 Week 6 Pack. I LOVE them all. With these videos, cardio 3-4 times a week, and watching my calories, I've lost 23 lbs and gained muscle definition. I have some pictures on my profile.

My go-to breakfast is a banana, a Nature Valley Bar Sweet & Salty Granola Bar, and coffee sweeted with Coffee-Mate fat free french vanilla creamer (315 calories). I also switch is up with Oikos Honey Greek Yogurt with my banana and coffee (285 calories).

I'm an accountant, so January through April (and sometimes October) I work about 60 hours or more a week. 40 hours a week is like vacation!

I'm did 30DS in February, and I just finished Ripped in 30. Tomorrow morning, I'm starting 30DS again. I love these workouts!

I'm 5'3" and have a small build. SW: 145 CW: 127.5 GW: 115 I eat 1200 calories but I exercise almost daily and eat back the majority of my exercise calories.

I love the Gold's Gym Dance Workout! I don't like the dance parts much (I prefer Zumba Fitness and Just Dance), but the cardio boxing is fun and a great workout!
