  • I recently was trying to use up stuff in the fridge and I toasted a half of a Pita, then opened and put ham that I had warmed up in side and slathered in some stawberry cream cheese.... It was the BOMB! Trited it the same way with turkey or chicken and onion cream cheese... the bomb also... and not bad for ya!!

  • Cottage cheese is good with french or western dressing on it... or you could make a baked potatoe and put the cottage cheese on top and mash it in implace of sour cream... this is tasty too! dont forget to add a bit of pepper! good luck!
  • Cauliflower is really good if you used it implace of mashed potatoes... for example, boil it then mass it and add lowfat sour cream to it with some chives... or inplace of the sourcream use greek yogurt(plain)... YUM!!! you could add a bit of farlic to for extra flavor.
  • So I made these (twice now) and this time instead of putting them in a cupcake tin, it was easier to just leave the mixture in a tupperware and take out a half of a cup when everyone else is eating ice cream and add my favorite fruit topping to the top of it... saves on the extra cals of the butter and grham cracker.

  • Excellent question... I was thinking the same thing! I drink Optimum Nutrition with milk.. and it tastes exactly like hot coco only cold. Have you tried it wil milk instead of water... you will get even more protien, and its tastes creamier too :)

  • That sounds yummy! It will either be a bit hit or people will be afraid to try it... you could substitute couscous for mabe a small ring pasta? that might be more "appealing" for people of bland minds :)
  • YUM! I love steamed brussels with vinagar! ohh and beets are delish too, I think the only thing I dont' like are brown beans(busches) papaya, calarhabi, and thats about it... I am not sure what leeks are or swede?
