i think i will be concentrating on marathons more that 5k..i can run 5k with no problem...25min 5k for me :) marathon is something i have never tried and would like to do that not!! and i will def check the hal higdon website!! thanks yall!!!

i feel the same way right now!! but i am gonna get dresses and ready to go on my run..usually once i am ready to go i look at myself and just go workout since i am already dressed and what not.

I try to stay off the scale for a while..maybe try doing a weight in once every 2 weeks? I also work out twice a day, i have stopped due to school and exams and all that fun stuff, but I can honestly say that working out twice a day will get you results :)

i just started school and thats my major! i am sooo excited!! however i am only taking general ed stuff since we move to georgia in the summer i didnt want to start the classes towards my degree. However it is something that interests me alot. When do you plan to start?

youhave to try it!! it sooo much fun!! like i said i slacked cuz of the holidays and being lazy at times...but honestly it is worth it. Just drink lots and lots of water, you will need it! make it your best friend!

Keep doing dance, if its fun for you. Since you are doing other things that challenge you, you are still getting results! Keep changing it up once in a while..do some running or elliptical. but always do what you find to be fun :)
