Had a 10k this morning. I finished in 58:12. However i dont think that was correct my pace way 8:57 (according to my watch). Will running "outside" the track affect your time? 5k/Marathon training
I typically run Mon,Wed, and Fri. On Mondays i do intervals for 2miles. Wed i do a regular run either for 2miles or 3miles. Fridays are my long runs. I am starting to do 4-5miles for my long runs. Eventually i plan to go raise the miles. I was wondering how do you guys train for a 5k or marathon.
