OMG, i thought i was the only one with that problem. I even started doing slightly more reps on the left arm thinking that it would help, but my right arm still is more defined that the left.0

For me I've noticed that also. I'm right hand dominate so I tend to use it more. I have noticed that when I'm doing things like push ups or triceps dips the right side is doing more work than the left. I try really hard to stay conscience of this and make the left side pull it's own weight, so to speak.0

A variety of different exercises at different intervals, and different weights will give you the best results. If one arm/leg is stronger than the other, consider doing isolation exercises. This means instead of using 2 hands to perform bicep curls, use individual dumbells to work each arm seperately. This should assist with the imbalance. Do this with every muscle group possible. Some machines require two legs and two arms but try to incorporate more exercises that work one arm or one leg at a time.0

Most people have a strong side and a weak side. All you can do is be patient and not try and progress too quickly so that you stay in balance. (I.E...don't start doing more weight with one side or another).
As well, try and do all your exercises with dumbbells (if not already) since that requires far more stabilizer recruitment than machines while isolating one arm from another (Not allowing the other hand to assist with the reps).
In time, you'll come into balance between the two sides of your body.
Note: Most injuries happen due to an imbalance from one side to another be it side to side or front to back, so this is an extra reason to make sure you work in symmetry all the way.

You could try using a Shake Weight with your left arm.0

Totally normal. Start your sets on your weak side (assuming you're using free weights). Match your weak side reps with the stronger side; even if the stronger side could do more. They'll eventually equalize.0

I've heard "the stranger" technique works wonders with your non-dominant side. It's a whole different feeling.0 -
You can correct this by doing dumbbell lifts instead of barbell lifts.
Do DB bench press,DB curls,
Use the same weight in both hands, you may have to use a lighter weight in the beginning that you can do on your strong side. Eventually your weak side will catch up.0 -
Is this a set up?0

When I first started with my trainer about a month ago I was having the same trouble with my biceps especially, left arm tiring out/being significantly weaker than the right. We started, as someone above mentioned, doing isolation work on the biceps, working one arm at a time. We still do things in our sets that include using both arms simultaneously, but our sets also work in things like alternating bicep curls, always starting with the weak arm; the weight and reps for both arms being defined by what the weak side can do, not differing weights for each side. I've already begun to notice a levelling of strength on both sides.0 -
