I've been eating Lou's Peameal Bacon for protein. It's low fat and lower sodium.

I don't think it's a good idea to drop your calorie intake to 800-900 per day. That's unsustainable in life and your body will go in starvation mode and you will never be able to go back to 1200 calories and maintain your weight. Day 5 here and it is getting easier to stick it out.

I just did day 3 of Level 1. I'm doing 2 days shred, 1 day rest. I had a good workout today and I don't feel nearly as sore as I did on day 1. Still working on the pushups as I've never been able to do a proper one but I do the best I can.
