I would try eating smaller meals throughout the day with a lean protein, healthy fat, and carb at each meal. That will help regulate your blood sugar and hopefully avoid that slump in the afternoon.

You can do it!!! Post pictures of yourself all over your kitchen and post it notes about what your WHY is. Your reason for wanting to be healthy should be more powerful than the temporary cravings!!! Add me as a friend and I'm happy to cheer you on!

Going pretty good here. Went to a baby shower with lost of snacky foods and didn't munch, only sipped on water and had a good lunch when I got home. Enjoying the quiet while my kids nap and will get in my workout tonight.

Great job!! Just stick with it. You may not see the progress on the scale at first but it WILL come!! Did you take your measurements at the beginning? If not, take them NOW. You'll see progress in inches lost before you will see weight loss!!!

Friend me too everyone! I'm also maintaining between 130-135. I started lifting heavy recently (Chalean Extreme) to build some extra muscle. I don't consider myself a "clean" eater but try for healthy choices.

Finished T25 Alpha, Beta, and Gamma in Dec LOVED it. Lost 11 lbs and inches everywhere. I was already close to my goal weight..

The P90X workouts are longer and use equipment like the others mentioned. I liked Insanity a lot for dropping lbs and I like FocusT25 even more. Only 25min a day (except double day friday if you choose to do it that way) and big results if you focus on nutrition too.

I added you Rick. I'm all in. I missed posting the last several days when I was on vacation but I'll post daily. I'm focusing on eating small healthy meals 5 times a day and my exercise program is FocusT25. Love it.

I would say to eat smaller meals more frequently and just make sure they are good choices. I try to have 5-6 small meals a day and make sure I get enough water, that helps keep me full longer.
