I call this Roys french toast , not too low carb after you deduct the fiber its about 20 grams carbs. 2 slices of Natures Own 100 percent whole wheat bread 100 calories, 1/4 cup of Egg substitute, 1/4 cup of suger free syurp. Totals about 150 calories, but filling.

I was trying to drink 8 glasses of water as MFP wanted, but dont think its necessary, go by the color of your urine, if its darker then a light yellow you prob need more water.

Have lost 68 lbs since oct 10, I try to exercise 3 or 4 days week, hour walking 3 MPH on tread mill, dont count the exercise and have lost 68 lbs since Oct 10.
