1700, :-) with exercise, goal to lose 1lbs a week, but I have been losing 2-4 ish pounds. I am currently at 224.7lbs my highest recorded weight was 248.5. What is everyone's goal weight for this height? I have no idea what to set my final goal as. I have alway been over weight even when I was "slim"

I would like to know this too! I am also 5"4 and apple. I have Lost 24lbs in total from my highest weight. But yet, my belly is still the same no inches lost still the same size. I have a funny feeling it will be the last place that the weight goes from me!

As of yesterday I have lost 10.5 lbs. this is in only three weeks, as I didn't start at the beginning of jan. Ahead of where I wanted to be so really pleased. I wanted to lose 1-2 lbs a week.

My motivation is- if I don't lose weight I will never be able to concieve. So that definitely stops me from putting the bad stuff in my gob. I have it too :-( I was 18 when I was diagnosed although that took 2 years! I was extreamly quick to gain the weight ever so hard to lose the weight even harder to maintain the weight, for me personally any how. Weight Went straight back on. So starting all over again.
