Thanks so much for all the great input. I think I will keep a log of when it happens and compare it to my diet. Maybe I 'll add a bananna to my breakfast routine (just hate to spend alot of the days calories on breakfast!) I love the "tahini free" hummus...you save a few calories by omitting the tahini. The Trader Joes low fat Spinach Pie (I think it is 240 cal) is a staple in my diet. Also the Italian Spiced chicken sausage cooked up with TJ's frozen roasted peppers/onions is something my whole family loves.
