OMG. then he went on to tell me that he doesn't have to change a single thing in his diet to get cut and that if he wants to change anything else he would just workout that area (his stomach). I quit (facepalm).

I have been hit on/flirted with many times at my gym and I find it very flattering. 20 pounds ago I was hardly getting hit on at all!

Yep, I cut that cord at the beginning of the year and haven't looked back. Not only have I lost weight but I've learned so much more about nutrition than I ever learned with WW.

I am most definitely in!! Those of you that are using protein powder, help!! I bought one from my local whole foods store and i have to fight to hold it down. What brands do you use? I would love to get one that was unflavored.

Guess I should have answered the question! I'm 5'9ish, 27 years old, and workout 4-5 days a week for 45-mins to an hours. I do weight training 3 days a week and cardio 2-3. I usually average a 300-400 calorie burn. Current weight is 191 and I'm struggling to stay at 1700-1800 which is what my trainer thinks I should eat.…

Whoa. We are so very similar and I've only been eating around 1700-1800 cals per day with workouts 4-5 times per week and struggling. The scale is still moving but ever so slowly. I KNEW I should've been eating closer to the 2000 range if not more!

I got a personal trainer then fell in love with lifting weights! It's been 3 months now and when I started I could only lift 5 pound weights. I try not to stare but I can't help it...I'm staring in awe! I think pregnant women are absolutely beautiful(although I most definitely didn't feel it when I was prego with my daughter!!) Not sure I've had this before but I can remember eating tiny little pieces of bubble gum that would come in small container that looked like pints of milk and there were different flavors. Can't think of the name of it for the life of me!

I work nights 7pm-7am and my day ends/begins at midnight, even for my off days because it just seems to be easier for me. However, I eat when I'm hungry no matter what time it is. I just choose something thats not heavy if I'm going to bed soon.
