30 day shred calorie burn - 3.267 calories burnt per pound every hour. Multiply by weight to get how many calories per hour you would burn and divide by 3 to get each 20 minute work out. ~ taken from Jillian Michaels website 3.267 X 225(my weight)=735.075/3=245.025 burned in my workout today!

Anyone can add me as well!! I need to lose about 80. I started 248, and am currently down 21 lbs and am at 227. Once I am down to my goal of 170, and I see how I look and feel I will decide a goal from there! :D Love the support on here! Also I am 25.

I started 1/12/13 and as of today have lost 19. But I also started at 248. (Now 229!) Goal weight is 170. Good luck! It will slowly but surely happen!
