omg...i totally feel like a whimp now.I consider myself pretty active and am currently training for my 3rd 1/2 marathon. I just started the 30 shred I am on day 2 and no joke, my husband had to help me off the toilet this morning. My legs my arms my butt and my chest muscles are on fire.
