Weigh in tomorrow. My scale is acting up! It was all over the place from 205 to 196. I hate when the scales do this! My last scale did the same thing. I think I need to get a doctor's scale. So we will see what tomorrow brings.

My house has been a little quiet this week. My daughter has been away at Nature's Classroom with her school. It is very weird only having one kid at home. She will be home tomorrow I have to pick her up at school at 130. But off to the gym as soon as I get the boy on the bus in the AM. Not much money for food again this…

I gained this week, claiming it and moving on! Stressing about $ this week. I have a lot of bills that are due the next two week which will only leave money for the basics for food. I hate stressing about $! Well it is what it is. I really need to find that money tree! Today makes 500 days that I have been on my journey.

My suggestion is to take your measurement and take skin revealing pictures before you start it that way you can see a difference at the end. I have down all three levels but not for 30 days. When you think you have mastered level 1 move on to level 2 and so on. Sometimes I do level 1 and 2 together. I have 5 lbs weights…

To me it looks like you aren't eating enough. You should be trying to net at least 1200 a day. I would also track your sodium intake and make sure you are drinking your water. Take your body weight and divide it by 2 that is how many OZ of water you should be drinking a day. Maybe try spreading your meal out have a bigger…

Jillian Michael's has a 30 Shred with weights it has 3 levels.

I noticed that my knees are sore when I do the 30 Day Shred and all the squats. I was also wondering if my form was off. I also notice that they hurt when I have the tension up on the elliptical. But they are fine after a day.

I'm struggling with getting enough sleep. I haven't been sleeping well I think it is everything going on at work. There has already been 15 layoffs (through out the County) and there is supposed to be 16 more. It is so hard to see people losing their jobs~ some of these people I have spent the last 15 years with working…

I had an off week. Dealing with a lot of stress at work and at home. I maintained! I'm happy that the snow is a lot gone and the weather is warming up. You all rock!
