Just tell them you have new tattoo. I gave all last year it was nice that they called to tell me that it was time I could donate again but then I decided to get a tattoo in Jan they called and I told them I couldnt for a year new tattoo they haven't called since.

You set daily goals, baby sets, tell you MFP friends you plan for the day. I think when I do this I'm more appt to follow through. Meal plan! You can do it! Think about how good you are starting to feel!

Loosing it! Can't wait for the kids to go back to school so I can hit the gym. Camping is through everything off my weight is up.
