This is what I would look at changing: change goal for carb, protien and fat to 40%, 35% and 25% go under custom under change goal. Get in more protien. Take in more water. Mon 16g Tues 6g Wed 28g Thurs 31g Fri 11g Sat 15g Sun 20g I didn't reach my goal of 25g for Wed-Sun but I will be more aware of my fiber intake. It is hard to plan for everthing is what I have learned this week and everything is a balancing act and take planning to get it all right.
