I weighed in this morning at 205.2 that is a 1.8 loss for the week. So I think I haven't been eating enough! I never noticed the net calorie thing until you all mentioned it. So I'm going to try and eat my exercise calories back that is the only way I will not be under 1200 with the net calories. I will just have to see…

Hummus and salsa with crackers or carrot sticks string cheese yogurt nuts (almonds are my favorite right now) apple sauce fresh fruit and veggies hard boiled eggs tuna fish and or on salad chicken salad salads cottage cheese taco salad do u have a way to heat stuff up? make chili, soup ect.

I only had one day that was bad with my sodium. A few days I didn't feel like working out but I pushed myself to get it done. I didn't eat out at all this week! I stuck to my goals. I'm going to Keep on Keeping on!
