1200 is a low calorie intake and you really shouldn't go below that as a net amount. You'll lose weight eating 1200 and if you eat back burned calories your net amount is still 1200. I always eat back all my exercise calories and net 1200 and have been losing weight consistently that way. You need at least 1200 to function…

To up my protein I often have Quorn pieces, baked beans and cheese. Or avocado, mozarella and tomato go well with baked potato. On the other hand just some salad with dressing is good too :)

It depends on the instructor too - maybe someone knows of an instructor who does a more intense workout? Mine is really intense and I'm sweating like crazy at the end of every session of zumba toning with her!

I'm usually either wearing light PJs or workout shorts and top. I figure shorts and tops aren't *that* heavy!

There is absolutely a point at which too skinny is unhealthy and unattractive. I absolutely do not want to be medically unhealthy because of my weight being too low or to look like my bones are sticking out too much etc. I feel healthy and happy at my current weight so why go further? I could, but why always keep aiming…

I'm 5 foot 2, 128lbs and really go for it and I burn 500 calories an hour :)

How about trying the Couch to 5k program? It'd be nice to get outside when you live in the country :)

I'm presuming most of these are US sizes. I'm from UK so different sizing but I'm currently 5'2ish, 129lbs, size 12. However I have bought some size 10 shorts recently - the joys of being in between sizes for the third time!
