Sounds very nice. Will try it. But will have trouble getting the Oats you talk of. ALl are oats are rolled here. Some good health store might have it hopefully.

If you're on anti-biotics for more than 3 days, I would say it's safe to go back to the gym with little risk of infecting others. Buy this time the anti-biotics would have started killing off the germ.
