Currently have Upper Respiratory Tract Infection, had it since Saturday. I was wondering when can I go back to the gym? Do I do it after I finish my medication? Or once I stop coughing?
Advice please.
Thanks!

If you're on anti-biotics for more than 3 days, I would say it's safe to go back to the gym with little risk of infecting others. Buy this time the anti-biotics would have started killing off the germ.0

I've always been told by doctors to keep the cardio really light while you have chest congestion...especially if you're coughing up yellow/green phlegm. Breathing hard while you have an infection in your lungs can spread it and make it worse.0
