Dont eat them all back. If fat loss is your goal. You only eat everything back if you are trying to gain muscle only. This is something to do once you have reached goal weight. Work out to keep that lean muscle on.

I do this with strawberry's diced instead of peanut butter. I then put it between low fat graham crackers before freeing. Low cal and low fat ice cream sandwiches.

Id just want someone from a similar background. What i mean is I dont what Johnny great shape has to tell me about the struggles of weight loss when he has been naturally built his whole life. I want advice from someone who has lost a ton of weight, no matter what shape they are currently in.

This is not a fair test. His body is use to not putting on fat. It is exactly the same as someone very heavy starting to diet. Breasts aren't made of fat unless they are there due to being overweight. Like man boobs. If you have a women with big breasts who is say 50lbs overweight well when she loses she will still have large size. Its per lbs of lean body mass. And its actually closer to .9 not 1. 1 is just easier for math purposes since more protein has no adverse effects :) I weigh 217 with 20% BF so my lean is 173. I have a minimum of 100 every day. I try to average 150 and some days I break 200.

I eat chips and chocolate on a regular basis. No problem. Just need to work harder for the calorie burn.
