Why are my shirts so low?
Seriously. When the belly starts to shrink shirts fall lower. i feel like my T-Shirts are dresses. Anyone else have these happen and it feels weird?

I have read this so many times on this site and it defies all logic. However my weight loss has stalled out and I am doing more exercise now then I ever have and trying to keep my calories low and protein high. Wondering how it is. Reviews seems mixed but lots of the reviews seem to be weighing themselves morning noon and night and not understand you cant do that and expect the same results. So anyone that only uses the same time each day or each week have any comments?

The 8 Hour Diet
Has anyone tried this? I have no problem keeping within my calorie goals and it is working. Switching when I eat is really all I would need to do as I already eat the foods on its list. I think I will give it a try starting tomorrow and see if my weight loss changes for better or worse if if there is no change.
