Has anyone tried this?

I have no problem keeping within my calorie goals and it is working. Switching when I eat is really all I would need to do as I already eat the foods on its list. I think I will give it a try starting tomorrow and see if my weight loss changes for better or worse if if there is no change.

    I've eaten all times of the day, evening, night. As long as I stay within my recommended calories I'm good.

    I don't know what that diet is but why change something that is working?
    If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
