Same for me! Lost 25lbs about 4 years ago, gained it all back...been back on MFP for a week and I'm down 5 already! We can all do this! :)

I'm in the exact same boat as you! Started at 182, I got down to 155, gained 20 lbs, so now I'm back up at 175. Trying to get down to 150 again. Do it! I go to a spin class at my university's gym 3x a week and I can already see a difference in how toned my legs are :) Depending on how hard you push yourself, you can really burn a ton of calories. I think I average around 600 calories per class.
