This is my first post on here, so let me introduce myself...
I'm Natalie! I'm 22, 5'6", and I currently weigh 177. About 2 years ago, I weighed 182, decided to join Weight Watchers, and got down to 155..
Fast forward to now. I've gained nearly all of the weight back and CANNOT seem to lose it again. I've been eating 1200-1350 calories a day, doing a balletone class and a spin class a couple times a week...or jogging when I don't go to those classes.
So what gives? I haven't lost a single lb, in fact, I've GAINED 5 lbs apparently..a few weeks ago, I weighed 172. Any help would be appreciated!

This. With the caveat that you may have done a good number on your metabolic capacity and hormones. Give it time. Time... time... patience... and time.0 -

Unfortunately, patience isn't my best quality...but I will see how this works! Thanks!0 -

It WILL work! But do yourself a favor and if you can possibly avoid it DO NOT weigh yourself for at least 6 weeks. You may actually gain at first if your body has experienced some metabolic slow down and/or hormonal shifts. It is temporary and should drop off quickly. Best of luck to you!0 -

Thank you, again! I try not to weigh myself too often anyway because I've just been getting frustrated...so 6 weeks shouldn't be a problem0 -
Bump to read later. Thanks.0
