Oh, I forgot I also shop at Sprouts for inexpensive produce. We also don't eat much meat. I buy a big thing of skinless chicken breasts at Costco a few times a year, and salmon if I can find it on sale.

I don't think they are accurate unless they take weight into account. I use the MFP estimate or http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc I also have an app on my phone.

Log everything you eat and maintain a deficit. You will see results. Fad diets don't work.

I utilize their sales, club sales, online club coupons, printable coupons, and mailer coupons to get the most bang for my buck. I eat old fashioned rolled oats (half a cup) mixed with one egg, water and half a banana (in pieces). I zap it in the microwave for 90 seconds and then mix in the banana. It is a great filling breakfast!
