I lost a lot of weight a few years ago through calorie counting and healthy lifestyle changes and am now trying to maintain and possibly lose a little more. I'm looking for friends who aren't die hard exercise and diet fanatics. Small changes add up to big results in the long run!

HEALTHY WEIGHT!!!
I started out in January in the "obese" range. 275 days later I am a healthy weight!!! I have a few more pounds to my goal and will post before and after pics then. I just can't believe I made it here! Hello, healthy weight!!!!

Easy breakfast that sticks with you?
What is your favorite quick breakfast that keeps you full into the morning? Mine current favorite is oatmeal with banana and egg.
